Are there activities in the area where you and your dog can spend time together?

Best Hikes & Views In New England (from A Local!)
Burlington, Vermont is one of the most dog-friendly places in New England. Offering incredible outdoor adventures and a trendy, laid-back downtown, Burlington is a playground for dogs and their companions. There are plenty of fun activities you can do with your puppy. Bike the Burlington Greenway along the shores of Lake Champlain, then stop to sample local beer at one of the city’s many dog-friendly breweries. Beer spots in Burlington that allow dogs on the patio include Foam Brewers and Zero Gravity Craft Brewery, while places like Switchback Brewing Co. allow dogs indoors. One of New England’s most popular pedestrian (and puppy-friendly) shopping malls, Church Street Marketplace offers plenty of dog-friendly restaurants and shops. When it comes to pet-friendly accommodations, Made in Vermont, a quaint bed and breakfast a short walk from downtown, offers a comfortable home away from home for you and your dog.
When the dog days of summer come, there’s no better place to spend time with your dog than Cape Cod! Miles of pristine coastline, unrivaled charm, and countless outdoor attractions make Cape Cod the perfect summer destination for humans and dogs alike. You’ll especially enjoy visiting the Cape Cod National Seashore. Dogs can be kept off-leash even in high season on the sunny sandy beach and walking trails. Then quench your thirst at Provincetown Brewing Company. They’re so dog-friendly (and socially conscious) that there’s a puppy in the beer garden that says “I bite racists.” The Cape also has many pet-friendly features.
