Vacations For Dogs Near Me – Please! My name is Alex and I’m so glad you found my blog! It’s time to meet my furry friend, my cat Goofy, and start reading!
When Monica sent me a message saying she wanted family pictures, but explained that her family consisted of her husband and three dogs, I was so happy! I love working with couples and their children! Especially with three good dogs! They all posed well for the photos and smiled as well for the camera. There is something so beautiful about a pitbull’s smile!
Vacations For Dogs Near Me
Riverwood Park is the perfect location for this event for the dog-loving family! There are few photos with dogs in Riverwood Park because it’s a quiet place! We only saw a few other people and a few rabbits. Besides, it will not be a distraction, which is important if you are dealing with many furry friends.

Monica and Brian got married last August and are now looking for family photos to celebrate their little family! It was great getting to know them and their three dogs throughout the event. Each dog is full of their own personality and you can tell Monica and Brian love each other!
Send me a message and we can chat! Whether you have a big family or a cute little kid, I love photographing happy families and sometimes it’s crazy! If you follow the blog regularly, you know that Waterville Valley New Hampshire is one of our favorite towns in New Hampshire and Waterville Valley Ski Resort is one of our favorite places in New Hampshire, especially with friends. I’m on vacation with my dog in New Hampshire, year round, it’s great.
We love it up there and we love the New Hampshire weather in the winter, fall and summer. We think it’s the perfect dog vacation! It’s weird because we don’t go to NH in the winter anymore these days. Last summer we decided to go there for a summer vacation full of cool mountain air and walks with the dogs, but between the wildfires and floods in Canada, it never happened. We were brave enough to make the long drive from Florida.
Whether you want to climb the mountains or hit the water, they have it all. New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesauke and Lake Sunapee are just two of New Hampshire’s most beautiful lakes. You can rent a boat and go out on one of these lakes with your dog! Remember to follow dog car safety guidelines and put your dog in a life jacket.
The 5 Best Dog Friendly Beaches In New England
Hiking in New Hampshire is amazing. There are many types of hiking and it is home to many 4,000-foot or 4,000-foot mountains. Mount Washington is New Hampshire’s highest mountain at 6,288 feet.
Many trails allow dogs. You will have no problem finding dogs in New Hampshire! Learn more at the NH State Parks animal-friendly website. New Hampshire Magazine has some tips for the best dog walks in NH.
I strongly recommend that you carefully consider the difficulty level of the recommended hike and your dog’s walking ability and strength. Most older dogs can walk between 2 and 7 miles, but this varies from dog to dog. You should consult your veterinarian before taking your dog on a trip.
New Hampshire is another place where the roads can be rough. Natives have strong walking skills, so it may not be easy for you or your dog! Be careful and considerate when choosing routes. And of course, bring plenty of water for you and your dog!

One thing I really like about the Waterville Valley house is that they have a very friendly dog on the long flat path inside the house. It’s basically a cross-country trail, but the skiers know it’s a hiking and dog-friendly trail, so we don’t see skiers on the trail. My Husky Icy loves to walk on this trail! On the snowy road, he is still alive and even though he is 14 years old, he still looks like a puppy. We really like it!
I can’t wait for him to be there in the summer, but it won’t work this summer for several reasons. He’s starting to slow down and I’m afraid he won’t be able to walk easily after this year.
Here is a short video of me and my dogs crossing the bridge over the beautiful stream that surrounds the property:
Check out this pet statue! You can buy it in my Etsy shop Great to celebrate a new animal or remember an animal that crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I received one in memory of my angel Phoebe. I love sitting with me every day, seeing her beautiful face carved into what I have.

Very few hotels in New Hampshire are dog friendly. Oddly enough, Waterville Valley Resort allows dogs on the hotel grounds and trails, but their hotel does not!
Many homes are around the home, and many owners rent their homes without pets. There are a few rooms around the property, but only one animal. This is called snow. We stayed there last year and it was terrible. The location is perfect, you can walk to everything on the resort, including that dog trail I mentioned above. I’m glad to see it’s under new ownership so I hope it’s up to par. It looks like the previous owner didn’t have the money to make improvements and we won’t be living there until the changes are made.
For the past few years we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Plymouth, New Hampshire. It’s about 20 minutes from Waterville Valley Ski Area, but it’s a great location! We love it there.
Here is a 2 minute video posted on YouTube showing what our day was like and the beauty of Waterville Valley New Hampshire. I think it’s a great dog holiday, no matter the time of year! Complete dog trip with the Swedish Polar Guide: 8 days 7 nights to see Sweden with your dog.

Take Your Dog On A Missouri Raft Float Trip
Yes, ALL dogs are eligible; small, large or classified (and in order): this is not the way to make a monk. The most important thing is that your dog gets along with other dogs and people. And we women avoid the heat!
Yes, you can bring one dog, two dogs, three dogs… a maximum of five dogs per dog, but note: each dog must be of legal age. If you have two dogs, they must be two adults. Each person must check the dog, this is the rule, so that everything goes well.
Yes, all activities scheduled during Charles’ stay were dog friendly! Except one, but it’s optional 😉 And as it happened in the previous groups that Charles went with, one of the participants is always there to check if you need it.
Nice to share about Dog Friendly Vacations 2024 to you.
