From July 2021, pets and domestic animals such as dogs and cats are allowed on the MRT-3. According to 2GO, all types of dogs and cats are allowed on board as long as they are kept well (strong cages, clean and no escaping). The requirements include a health certificate issued by an authorized veterinarian within the last 10 days before departure, proof of rabies vaccination and a consignment permit from the Animal Industry Board.
